Sales Division will carry out an appraisal of your client's property and then market it across 30+ websites.

When a viewing is requested...

We help you to arrange the viewing, which you carry out. This gives you the opportunity to win the business of that property again, should another landlord be the buyer.

When an offer is made...

Sales Division deals with offers, issues the memorandum of sale and all sales progression through to completion. 

When we get paid, you get paid...

On the same day we receive payment from solicitors, we pay your agency!
